About Us
Al’s Coaches were established in 1972, as a family run business we grew from 1 mini bus all the way back then to a fleet of 62 vehicles currently, boasting some of the finest coaches on offer in the North West. We operate out of our depot in Birkenhead on Merseyside, serving all varieties of customers and parties travelling to all corners of the UK and Europe.
Our Drivers
We at Al’s demand the highest level of service and behaviour from our drivers ensuring every client gets the service they deserve. This involves establishing a friendly and courteous manner with all members of the party and offering the type of service were the customer feels comfortable relaxed.
All of our drivers are CRB and DBS checked, guaranteeing that all of our drivers are suitable and legally allowed to work with children and the public. In addition, we also run 3 monthly licence checks to further certify we are providing safe and secure individuals to drive for our customers.
Health and Safety
We understand that when travelling, safety is paramount to any client/customer and it is this reason why we put our vehicles through strict and thorough 4 weekly inspections. All vehicles within our fleet are inspected once every 4 weeks guaranteeing the vehicle is in the correct condition to be running on the road and carrying our passengers. By establishing these routine inspections we know the customers will feel safe and sound on our vehicles.
